Upgrading of Olav Vs Gate and Klingenberggata

Bymiljøetaten [the Agency for Urban Environment] needs to procure contractors for building and construction works for the project Olav Vs gate. The project is based on an order from the City Council Department for Environment and Transport in Oslo municipality to reconstruct Olav Vs gate and Klingenberggata according to applicable regulations. The applicable regulations were adopted 26.10.2011. The municipality aims to use the reconstruction to make the streets pedestrian prioritised and to facilitate increased urban life. This involves i.a. a pedestrian section in the northern part of Olav Vs gate and expanded footpath in the southern part of Olav Vs gate.
The project has also been selected to be a pilot for emission-free construction sites in the Green Capital Year 2019. This will be an important part of the procurement, as well as having entered into separate licence contracts for the hire of emission-free construction machinery to be used in this contract.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten: The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Tenderer's must have an average minimum turnover of 50 000 000 NOK per year during the last 3 years.
Relevant liability insurance.
Tenderers must have experience from equivalent assignments, including:
— natural stone work,
— concrete work,
— establishment of city trees,
— road construction,
— water and sewage installations,
— electro,
— handling of contaminated matter,
— construction work in densely populated areas.
Tenderers are required to be able to demonstrate good implementation ability.
Tenderers must have the capacity to implement the project.
A good and well functioning environmental control/environmental management system is required.
