The objective of all labour market training courses is that they shall contribute to the job applicants being qualified for vacant positions. The contract must provide the stated target group training/qualifications for the stated subject area.
One to 2 courses are planned per annum within the framework agreement, including an option (2 years + 1 + 1 year). The provider must offer parallel courses if required.
How many courses will be started, and thereby the value of the contract, will depend on several changeable factors, including the users’ requirements, allocation of necessary resources for implementation, the priorities of the counties and other framework conditions. The contracting authority is free to control the use of measures based on requirements and the available financial limit.

The maximum contract value for the total contract period of 4 years is estimated to be 8 000 000 NOK. NAV emphasises that the estimated value includes parallel courses.
Note that this is an estimate, only, and is not binding for NAV. Based on the above listed uncertainty factors the contract value is very uncertain. The contract value can be higher but will most likely be lower than the estimated maximum value.
The contract period is 2 years from 1.1.2020 The contracting authority (the Customer) has the option to prolong the contract for an additional 1 + 1 year.
