The contracting authority wants to sign a contract for the delivery of one complete sorting system with a submission automate in connection to this for Tromsø Library and City Archive in central Tromsø.
We request an option for a maintenance contract per year. It must state which services are included in the maintenance contract and how the maintenance contract is related to the warranty period. A separate attachment with proposals to points in a maintenance contract and training contract are attached.
The contracting authority wants the submission machine to be delivered in approx. December 2019/January 2020. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the estimated commencement date. The library has long opening hours and is only closed between 22.00 and 7.00. It is therefore important that the installation is planned in such a way that it causes the least possible inconvenience for users and personnel.

Scope of the order:
The order includes a submission automate and one sorting system with 20 returns and the requisite conveyor belts. The order also includes all associated software, hardware and furnishings and installation. A sufficient number of replacement trolleys for the sorting system must also be delivered. With 20 returns, of which 16 are for elevating ergo trolleys and four for collection trolleys (weight adjusted) boxes, the tender also includes a total of 26 ergo trolleys and 6 collection trolleys.

Prerequisites:
The new automate must be in the same location as the current automate supplied by P.V. Supa. The tender must include dismantling and recycling of the current machine and equipment and assembly of the new machine in the same location. Information must be provided about any physical reconstruction required for the new delivery.

Tenderers must make suggestions for the best solution for planning for the submission facility. The current room structure and architecture must be taken into consideration when designing the layout. Adaptation for the new submission automate(s) is possible. There must also be space for other extra units associated with the delivery.
