Based on the owner municipalities' needs and experience from the competition in 2016 and contract, technological development, service development and the supplier market, DGI has revised its sourcing strategy. New procurement of external operational services (new delivery platform) is considered best realised with a module-based approach. Furthermore, DGI sees the procurement of the delivery platform in the context of a cloud-first trend. This tender contest specifically involves ICT consultancy related to monitoring, detecting and handling security threatening incidents called security services.
Nittedal municipality, Asker municipality, Lillestrøm municipality, Lørenskog municipality, Hedmark ICT and Øyern ICT have options for entering into the contract as a contracting authority. Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority has the exclusive option for a further 1 + 1 year extension of the framework, for a total of 4 years.
Nittedal, Asker, Lillestrøm and Lørenskog municipalities, Hedmark ICT and Øyeren ICT have options for entering into the framework agreement as a contracting authority for the entire contract period, a maximum of 4 years.

Nittedal, Asker, Lillestrøm and Lørenskog municipalities, Hedmark ICT and Øyeren ICT have options for entering into the framework agreement as a contracting authority for the entire contract period, a maximum of 4 years.
The total value of the contract including options per year is anticipated to be between approx. 500 000 NOK and 36 250 000 NOK, i.e. the combined estimated value of the framework agreement is between 2 000 000 NOK and 145 000 000 NOK. The estimate includes options for entering into the framework agreement as a contracting authority. The contract value excluding the option is estimated between 2 000 000 NOK and 25 000 000 NOK.
