In this assignment, the contractor must prepare and carry out the collection and analysis of the Norwegian ICCS data. The work occurs in close collaboration with IEA. A centre is being established, that will be led by a national research coordinator. The research coordinator has main responsibility for quality assurance of the study instruments, for data collection in the piloting and main study phases, and for analysis and reporting from individual countries. Descriptions of the study progress and of the research coordinator’s work assignments have been prepared. This, and information about the length and content of the questionnaires, are enclosed as attachments to this tender documentation.
