Gassnova SF

Gassnova wants to enter into a framework agreement for arrangement services, starting from 2020.
Gassnova SF wants a partner who has extensive experience in conducting events with the participation of prominent guests and where there can be considerable media attention. There will be a need for assistance with both small and large events.
The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for the contracting authority for 1 + 1 year extension.

After the assessment, meetings will be held with the three most qualified tenderers. The meetings are held in the tenderers' premises 16.1.2020.
It is emphasized that there are no negotiations involved, but only presentation meetings so that Gassnova has a deeper understanding of the market.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Registered in a trade register or company register.
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in Annex XI of Directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

The applicant must present a valid tax and VAT certificate. The certificate must not be older than 6 months. The document must be uploaded together with the tender.
Sufficient economic and financial standing to carry out the entire assignment.

Annual turnover:
The turnover for 2018 must be minimum 20 000 000 NOK. The document must be uploaded together with the tender.

Functional HSE system:

Impartiality and conflicts of interest.
Applicants must submit a description of their impartiality and any conflicts of interest. Applicants must describe the relationship in and provide relevant information of any conflict. The document must be uploaded together with the tender.
Implementation capacity:
The applicant must submit documentation showing a minimum of 10 employees. The document must be uploaded together with the tender.
