ARBEIDS- OG VELFERDSETATEN (NAV)

NAV Vestland would like to procure framework agreements for the labour market measure follow-up. The contract will come into effect on 1.7.2020 and will be valid for 3 years. The contracting authority (Customer) has an option for an extension of the contract for an additional 1 year.
Follow-up is to provide assistance with the aim of participants obtaining and/or keeping paid work. The aim is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life. Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with targeted job seeking and job development, guidance and advice connected to work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitation at work, in order to facilitate a transition to work and ensure that jobs are kept. The anticipated need for the service area is 340-370 parallel labour market measure places at any given time.
Service locations will be required in: the centre of Bergen and the centre of Voss municipality (2 service locations). The centre of Bergen means in the city centre, near a public transport stop.
The anticipated need for the centre of Bergen is 325-350 parallel labour market measure places at any given time.
The anticipated need for the service location in Voss is 15-20 parallel labour market measure places at any given time.
All service locations must be situated in the central areas close to public transport.
A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer.
The tenderer must upload a tender letter in this lot if he wants to submit a tender for this service area.
The stated value of the sub-contract is an estimate for the maximum contract period. The use of the measure and thereby the value of the sub-contract, is dependent on multiple variable factors that can change. See the tender documentation, part I, point 1.4 for further information. From 1 January 2020, Odda, Jondal and Ullensvang will merge to become Odda kommune [Odda municipality]. Voss, Granvin and Ulvik will merge to become Voss herad.
The requirement for delivery locations in the service area is: down town Bergen and centrally in Voss Municipality (2 delivery locations). Down town Bergen means centrally in the centre of the city near stops for public transport.
The anticipated need for a delivery location at Voss is 15-20 parallel places at any given time.
Delivery locations must be centrally situated in relation to public transport.
The tenderer must upload a tender letter in this lot if the tenderer wants to submit offers in this service area.
