NAV Vestland will procure framework agreements for the labour market measure clarification. The contract will come into effect on 1.7.2020 and will have a 3 year duration. The contracting authority (Customer) has an option for an extension of the contract for an additional 1 year.
The work assessment includes mapping and assessing participants' work abilities and any specific needs for assistance in getting or keeping work. The work assessment shall contribute to participants having increased insight into their options in the labour market and of their own resources and skills for work. See the requirement specifications in the tender documentation, Part III), Annex 1 for further specifications of the requirements.

Service area A — includes the municipalities of Bergen, Jondal, Odda, Ullensvang, Eidfjord, Ulvik, Granvin, Voss, Kvam and Vaksdal. In addition, in certain circumstances it may be necessary to serve the users from Samnanger municipality.
From 1.1.2020, Odda, Jondal and Ullensvang will merge to become Odda kommune [Odda municipality]. Voss, Granvin and Ulvik will merge to become Voss herad.
The anticipated need for the entire service area is 190-215 parallel labour market places at any given time.
The requirement for delivery locations in the service area is: down town Bergen and centrally in Voss Municipality (2 delivery locations). Down town Bergen means centrally in the centre of the city near stops for public transport.
In addition, tenderers must also be able to deliver the service in Odda municipality and in Kvam municipality if there is a need for it. An extended response time cf. the requirement specification point 8, will be given for deliveries in Odda and Kvam municipalities.

The anticipated need for delivery locations in down town Bergen is 175-195 parallel places at any given time.
The anticipated need for a delivery location at Voss is 15-20 parallel places at any given time.
Delivery locations must be centrally situated in relation to public transport.
A framework agreement will be signed with 1 tenderer.
The tenderer must upload a tender letter in this lot if the tenderer wants to submit offers in this service area.
The stated value for the lot is estimated to have a maximum value for the maximum contract period. The use of the measure and thereby the value of the lot, is dependent on multiple variable factors. See the tender documentation, Part I), Point 1.4 for more information. The value is very uncertain and it might be higher, but most likely it will be below the estimated value.
