The contracting authority would like to procure an inspection pit for the existing control station at National Road15 Minnesund in Hornindal Municipality. An inspection pit is used for technical controls of heavy vehicles. It must be integrated with wear tests and brake tests.
The purpose of the procurement is to equip the two station with equipment that enables a full-fledged, technical inspection of heavy vehicles in accordance with the new guidelines.
The control station currently consists of an open control area and a building with offices, dining room and WC. The control station will also have an inspection hall erected over the inspection pit at a later date.
The assignment consists of all the necessary engineering design services, deliveries and work involved in getting an inspection pit built and located so that the contracting authority can start to use it. Including the required electrical work, etc. The inspection pit must be delivered with wear tests and it must be prepared for the assembly of brake tests provided by another supplier. The ground and concrete work will be carried out by another supplier.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A list with a minimum of 3 (maximum 5) of the most important relevant assignments and services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the value, date, a brief description of the assignment, and the name of the public or private recipient.

A tenderer who is newly established and cannot submit references, must be particularly careful to demonstrate that they have the prerequisites to carry out the assignment.

Newly established tenderers can document the required experience by referring to experience that the offered persons/resources have developed in service for other providers.
