Inderøy kommune [Inderøy municipality], hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in a tender competition for Inderøy helsehus [Inderøy Health Centre], Straumen. The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure with a prior qualification process. It is planned to implement the contract work as a turnkey contract according to an interaction model.
Tenderers are invited to register for pre-qualification to the tender competition.
According to Inderøy Municipal Council's decision in December 2017, a health centre will be built containing 24 treatment places and 24 residential units for care. In addition, the health centre will house administration, mental health and substance abuse, production kitchen, canteen/cafe, day centre, laundry centre for clothing, parking basement etc. The programmed net area is 5 919 m.
The building will be prepared for a future expansion with 32 residential units for care.

The building will be prepared for a future expansion with 32 residential units for care.
Inderøy municipality wants to meet the future needs in the health and care service with an increasing need for nursing and care services.
This requires a more efficient and future oriented organisation of the service offer. Inderøy Health Centre is part of this initiative.
Inderøy municipality bases this expansion on principles in White Paper 29 (2012-2013) Tomorrows Care, which is based on tomorrow's solutions on the following basic principles:
— small shared housing and departments instead of traditional institution solutions,
— a clear distinction between private areas, common areas, public areas and service areas,
— housing solutions that are adapted for welfare technology,
— a care service with forms of housing and premises as an integrated part of the local environment.
In addition, the building will be designed so that it enables efficient operation of the core business and building areas.
The planned start-up interaction phase is 12.5.2020 with completion of the preliminary project by 18.9.2020.
Subject to political approval of the preliminary project, start-up on the construction site is scheduled for November 2020 and completion of the construction project by 29.4.2022.
