New Øygarden Municipality will enter into a contract for a public occupational pension scheme for our employees.
Varighet: 48 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract will be valid from when it is signed for 4 years. It will then be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time unless notice is given on the contract.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation:
— Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate,
— foreign tenderers: confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Requirement: tenderers must have a licence to operate a life insurance company at the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway or equivalent authority in another EEA country.
Documentation: a licence from the financial supervisory authority of Norway or equivalent authority in the country where the tenderer is established.
Requirement: tenderers must have registered a public occupational pension product without there being any unanswered objections from the inspection authority.
Documentation: self-declaration on the product registration.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract, including fulfilling the solvency requirements in a secure way.
Documentation: tenderers can substantiate their economic and financial position by presenting any document that the Contracting Authority can accept, e.g. a credit rating not older than 6 months, issued by a certified credit rating agency, annual accounts for the previous 3 years with the auditor's reports and notes, or relevant guarantees.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: tenderers must have good experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation: description of the tenderer's most relevant contracts for the last 3 years. The description must include:
— the assignment's scope and value,
— the delivery date and contract period,
— recipient (name, telephone number and email address),
— a description of the delivery.
It is, however, the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
Experience older than 3 years can be weighted if required.
Requirement: tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system.
Documentation: either.
(a) a brief description of the quality assurance system (methods and routines for quality assurance) that the tenderer will use for the implementation of the contract; or
(b) enclose an ISO 9001 certificate or an equivalent quality standard certificate if the tenderer is certified by a third party.
Requirement: tenderers must have good implementation ability, including sufficient capacity to handle this type of contract, and be able to deliver to locations in all municipalities that are Contracting Authorities in the contract.
Documentation: a description of the tenderer's administrative and technical units with relevance for the tenderer's ability to fulfil the Framework Agreement. A description shall be given of: the tenderer’s competence.
