This is a competition with a pre-qualification process. Sufficient information to qualify in a good and fair way is therefore required. The documentation certificates must comply with all qualification requirements given the tender documentation and must be enclosed the request for qualification.
The requirement specifications and price sheets are only to be attached as information and must not be filled in when requesting participation for qualification.
After the first qualification round, all qualified tenderers will have the possibility to submit tender offers. All tender offers will be evaluated. The tenderers with the tree best offers will then be invited to negotiations.
The deadline to submit requests for qualification is Monday 11.2.2019.

The Contracting Authority has at its disposal an open on-line communication line for all municipal buildings and places. The offered communication lines shall carry out all communication traffic that must be expected in a modern municipality. This spans from IoT sensors as well as machine-to-machine communication for students and inhabitants that are streaming videos.

The scope and the value of the contract will depend on the services chosen. The contract includes the establishment of a communication line and installation of the equipment required for providing a communication line for one or several of the 70 municipal buildings and places.
