IT-development for a Major Clinical Study

NTNU

By using the NorEx-study – the Norwegian trial of physical exercise after myocardial infarction – we want to find out if 4 years with follow-up training prolong the life and prevent new serious diseases for patients being treated for cardiac infarctions. NorEx is a nationwide multi-centre training study and it shall be administered by NTNU – the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
By this call for tenders NTNU would like to enter into a contract with a company with an extensive expertise in development, implementation and maintenance of an IT system for distance monitoring of physical activities for approx. 8 000 participants for a 4 year period. The IT system must include a user-friendly mobile app, a web-based user portal and system administration.
