The digital archive system was procured, developed and implemented at the Federal Administration for Geodesic and Real Estate Cases (FGA) and Gradacac Municipality in 2017. The system was further tested and upgraded though the maintenance phase in 2018.

This procurement consists of the following assignments:
A. Installations of a digital archive system in selected municipalities in the Federation Bosnia and Herzegovina;
B. Maintenance and user support for the digital archive for:
— FGA and Gradacac Municipality in the project period (until 31.10.2020),
— municipalities that have installed the system, for 12 months from when the installation was completed;
C. 3 days training for users of the digital archive system in municipalities and FGA, at their place of work.
There are a total of 79 municipalities in the Federation, the expectation is that a contract will be signed with 35 municipalities in the project period for the installation of the system.

Extension of the contract period for 1 + 1 year, under the same contract terms for both the assignment contract and the maintenance contract.

— extension of the contract period for 1 + 1 year, under the same contract terms for both the assignment contract and the maintenance contract,
— extension of system maintenance and user support for a further 12 months from the completed installation for the municipalities.
