The contract includes the construction of a building for sheltered accommodation flats with 24-hour care for dementia patients at Holt in Kongsvinger. The contract is a turnkey contract with the delivery of a complete facility, for all disciplines, including outdoor plants. The attached draft project with solutions is prepared by an engineering design group managed by KKEiendom and is based on extensive involvement of users.
