Gassnova SF will enter into a framework agreement for office furniture, with a duration of 2 years with the possibility to extend for 1 year + 1 year.
The aim is to enter into a framework agreement that Gassnova can use for the purchase of office furniture and various interiors and office equipment, although not office supplies.
Annex 1, the client's description of the assignment, will primarily be based on the first call-off, as a large procurement in connection with moving to new premises in summer 2020.
The competition will be implemented in 2 stages, with negotiations with the 5 best tenderers.

Gassnova wants to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier who has good experience and flexibility to cover a broad spectrum of needs for office furniture and inventory.
The procurement process will be carried out in 2 stages:
Stage 1: Qualification of the maximum 5 best qualified/tenderers, based on qualification criteria and q selection criteria that is used if there are more than 5 qualified tenderers;
Stage 2: Up to 5 of the best qualified will be qualified and will have the opportunity to exted the contract. Thereafter, a site inspection will take place (week 7) of the tenderers in Gassnova's premises and negotiations (week 10) with all that have submitted offers. At the end, one framework agreement will be awarded.

Applicants must submit a description of their impartiality and any conflicts of interest. Applicants must describe the relationship in and provide relevant information of any conflict. The document must be uploaded together with the request for qualification.
