National procurement of food and drink for the regional health companies.
The procurement is split into 2 main areas: dry and fresh products. The contest is formatted in eleven sub-areas, where sub-areas 9-11 have underlying subcontracts. There will be 35 contracts altogether.
Sub-tender food and drink — dry food:
— sub-area 1: wholesale goods,
— sub-area 2: liquid and solid dairy products,
— sub-area 3: coffee and concentrate,
— sub-contract 4: mineral water,
— sub-area 5: fresh juice and concentrate,
— sub-area 6: ice cream.
Sub-tender food and drink — fresh:
— sub-area 7: red meat,
— sub-area 8: white meat,
— sub-area 9: fruit and vegetables (5 underlying subcontracts),
— sub-area 10: fresh fish, shellfish, frozen fish and fish food (4 underlying subcontracts),
— sub-area 11: fresh bakery and confectionary products (18 underlying subcontracts).
