Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian tenderers must submit a tax certificate for value-added tax, taxes and social contributions (Norwegian suppliers: form RF-1316).
Overseas tenderers must submit equivalent tax certificates from their own countries.
The tax certificates must not be older than six (6) months calculated from expiry of the closing date for submission of tenders.
Sole proprietorships must submit confirmation from the tax collector/tax authorities that they are not registered in the VAT register.

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to execute the contract. This shall be documented by the enterprise’s annual report for the previous year. If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide this documentation, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity by any other document that the contracting authority considers appropriate, in accordance with Section 16-4 (2) of the Public Procurement Regulations.
