The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs wants to enter into a R&D agreement for mapping questions related to the use of and attitude to the tariff wages agreements that are signed between the parties in the working life. As part of the assignment, it must also be identified to what extent the employers who are not bound by tariff wages agreements nonetheless use these as guidelines for wage formation in their businesses.
The time frame of the contract is from contract signing to the presentation of the final report by 1.9.2020. The total contract value is up to 1 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT.
