We have received input from the business sector that the tender contest is published with terms that might limit the tender competition. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration agrees with this objection and is therefore cancelling the tender contest. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is now looking into the possibility for republishing the tender contest after the summer holiday. Alternatively implement the procurement as a mini-tender contest among suppliers who have a ongoing Framework Agreement with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
