Stavanger Municipality, c/o Stavanger properties, hereby call for tenders for the procurement of a web-based system for the management, operation, maintenance and development of the municipality's buildings (MOMD system).
The contract includes system for purpose-built buildings, administration buildings, buildings for other municipal services and several hundred flats that are currently established in a separate municipal company.
We need a general MOMD system to take care of work tasks, document processing, control and reporting functions in the property management. The system shall also be used as a system to dealing with user deviations in the buildings.
