Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: the tenderer must have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement: the tenderer´s annual accounts including notes with the board´s and auditor´s reports for 2016, 2017 and 2018.

If the Annual Financial Statements for last year (2018) are not completed before the tender deadline for this contest expires, the last year's preliminary Annual Financial Statements should also be attached.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment from Experian.

Financial strength will be evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: the tenderer (the company) must have sufficient implementation ability to fulfil this contract.

Documentation requirement: a short, overall description of the organisation shall be given, including:

— an account of the competence profile of the company,

— description of equipment, machinery or other available equipment of relevance for the execution of this contract.

Requirement 2: the tenderer must have relevant experience from deliveries of an equivalent nature, complexity and size.

Documentation requirement: a description of the tenderer’s most important deliveries in the last 5 years. The contracting authority can also consider descriptions of the tenderer´s relevant deliveries carried out more than 5 years ago.

The reference descriptions must include enough information for an evaluation of the tenderer´s (and any sub-contractors´) concrete contributions. The description must state why the reference project is relevant for this assignment. The contracting authority must be able to contact the reference person.

The attached template shall be used (Annex 5).

The contracting authority will evaluate the best reference projects. Up to maximum 5 projects.

Any sub-contractors that the tenderer will use to fulfil the qualification requirement must submit equivalent reference projects and a commitment statement, see point 9.6).

Requirement 2: the tenderer must have a documented quality management system.

Documentation requirement: the tenderer must submit confirmation that they have ISO 9001, or submit the table of contents for their quality management system.

Requirement 4: the tenderer must have a documented HSE system.

Documentation requirement: the tenderer must submit the table of contents for their HSE system, and this and any detailed description of the system must satisfy the requirements in the Internal Control Regulations.
