Framework Agreement for courses for persons with IT background, in the period approx. 15.7.2019/signing date — 30.6.2021, with the possibility to extend until 30.6.2023. Each course with 20 participants and a duration of 20 weeks.
The course is aimed at job seekers who have formal and/or real competence within high level IT, with a need to upgrade and/or formalise their own competence and a need for assistance in relation to job seeking and marketing. The target group is considered to have a need for more focussed qualification within relevant IT work areas and documentation that they have relevant competence related to actual individual job goals and work areas. The target group is generally considered to have a need for assistance in relation to market-oriented profiling and documentation of own competence that is relevant in relation to technological and knowledge-related IT-professional development, as well as to develop competence and experience related to modern organizational design within the IT area.

Offers must be given for market relevant qualification and upgrading related to IT competence including certifications, transferring of relevant side competence and support for process work for the participants. The IT professional qualification must be market oriented and tailored to the target group's IT background and relevant job goals. The course focus will primarily be marketing and profiling/selling candidates to the working market, related to adjustment processes in the IT branch and changes in the need for assistance to those who are unemployed.

It is considered that the participants will have different backgrounds, both in regard to formal IT competence and experience, and other competence. A high portion of the course participants may have immigrant backgrounds, and can have IT education and/or experience from other countries.

With acceptance to the course, participants will be required to have sufficient oral and written presentation ability to communicate in Norwegian in order to follow the course.
