Øyeren IKT envisages getting a comprehensive and cost-effective supply chain of ICT equipment including mobile phones and PC tablets. The supply chain must in principle cover ‘from the cradle to the grave’ and give Øyeren IKT reduced lifecycle costs for these products.
Øyeren IKT envisages reducing their service production in management, administration, preparation and operation of ICT equipment, and buy this as a service so that internal management costs are reduced.
Requirement:
Øyeren IKT is looking for one partner who over time can contribute to the transformation that Øyeren IKT must undergo from the current situation until fulfilment of their visions.
The tenderers can use subcontractors in the implementation of the contract, but will be the primary contact for implementation of the contract.

Estimated scope/volume:
Estimated combined purchase of 35 000 000 NOK over 5 years. The description of the procurement volume is only a guide and does not obligate the Contracting Authority.
The annual procurement volume for PCs and associated equipment for this contract is estimated to be 4 000 000 NOK. The procurement volume for this contract is estimated to be 2 000 000 NOK for mobile phones and iPads.
The services to be delivered through this contract will be a new area for Øyeren IKT and therefore a scope of 5 000 000 NOK is anticipated for the duration of the contract.

The visions can be put in concrete terms through needs descriptions. The needs listed below are not exhaustive, but will give an indication of the expectations.
