Avfall Sør would like to enter into a framework agreement for communication services. Avfall Sør would like to enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer for all communication services, see the attached requirements specification.

Avfall Sør's waste plan for 2017-2020 emphasises strengthening communication. Inhabitants must know about the existing waste systems and sort waste in the best possible way as regards resource utilisation, the environment and economy.

An important part of the waste plan's deliveries is the development of existing and digital channels such as screen systems for communication via the website, use of the municipality's systems for official digital post, and participation in the municipality's commitment to 'Min side' or equivalent. Reputation and high user satisfaction are central for Avfall Sør in the framework agreement for communication services.

The waste plan 2017-2020 (Annex 6) and the communication plan 2017-2020 (Annex 7) are attached.
