Experience in recent years shows that there is a regular requirement for both hiring and recruiting employees. The objective of the contract of is to ensure access to qualified personnel during periods of high workload and many work tasks and in the event of sick leave and holidays. Fjellinjen AS therefore wants to enter into contracts with a provider of recruitment and hire of staff with competence specifically aimed at, but not limited to, customer advisory assignments. The contract does not apply to the competence areas financial and IT.

The contract shall give the contracting authority the right, but not an obligation, to procure services under the contract. The contracting authority is not obligated to procure any specific amount of services in the contract period. The contracting authority reserves the right to recruit and hire in personnel itself for the requested services in the contract period.

Two (2) separate contracts with 1 provider shall be entered into, where Fjellinjen AS (Org. No 941856543) and Fjellinjen Utsteder AS (Org. No 922177724) are the contracting authorities.
The expected total values of the contracts are between 1 000 000 NOK and 3 000 000 NOK for Fjellinjen AS and between 2 000 000 NOK and 5 000 000 NOK for Fjellinjen Utesteder AS.
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contracts with Fjellinjen AS and Fjellinjen Utsteder AS shall each be valid for 2 years. This applies unless the contracting authorities give a written notice on termination of the contract works at an earlier date. This would require 6 months written notice. The contracting authorities can extend the contracts for 2 option periods of 1 year.
