The competition concerns a joint above the EEA threshold value determined in the Defence and Security Procurements Regulation (FOSA) § 2-2, and following the rules in Parts I and II of this regulation.

The procurement has been announced in Doffin. In addition to the announcement and this qualification documentation, there will be a complete tender documentation consisting of the following documents:

Part I: Competition invitation;

Part II: The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's contract provisions;

Part III: Assignment description.

The tender documentation is estimated to be ready for publication in the middle of March 2020. Only the suppliers who are invited to submit tender offers will receive the tender documentation. Which suppliers are invited depends on the response to this qualification documentation and the result of the supplier certification and any security clearance of the person who will have access to the tender documentation.
