The fume cupboard must contribute to a safe workplace for handling chemical materials and it must protect personnel from the danger of exposure. There must be an ergonomically good workplace that can be raised/lowered for standing or sitting work when this is specified. The fume cupboard must give good lighting and it must be easy to clean and maintain.

Macro-bench for work with biological material that requires efficient removal of gases via downward suction, and which must contribute to a functional and safe workplace and the protection of the personnel and surroundings, and which is designed in accordance with the requirements in the requirement specifications.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer must present documentation showing that the tenderer is legally registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract obligations.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Economic and financial capacity means that the Tenderer fulfils the following requirements:

A credit rating of at least Score A or higher, measured against the AAA Soliditets scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company. The Contracting Authority shall assess the tenderer’s compliance with the qualification requirements in the following manners: Credit ratings. If the tenderer has justifiable reasons for not presenting the required documentation, the tenderer can substantiate the economic and financial capacity by any other documentation, including e.g. a parent company gurantee, bank guarantee, etc.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers are required to have experience from equivalent projects in regard to scope and complexity. Tenderers are required to have sufficient capacity to fulfil the assignment. Tenderers are required to have personnel with the sufficient competence for participating in the project.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

An overview shall be enclosed of relevant reference places where relevant projects in relation to scope and complexity are implemented and provided in the last 3 years. An overview/plan verifying that the tenderer has the required resources (capacity recourses, etc.) at its disposal for the implementation of the assignment. CVs should be submitted for the persons that are involved in the delivery of the described equipment.
