Reason for the cancellation: Norsk Tipping chooses to cancel the competition with immediate effect, cf. §25-4. The reason for the cancellation is that we will not be able to cover both needs to an adequate degree in one and the same procurement. We see that that brand management part of the competition responds relatively better than the photo archive part, but as the market meetings gave good signals that these could be combined, we chose not to split up the procurement into different delivery areas. Before the competition will held a number of market meetings to map the market. After the market meetings, Norsk Tipping assessed that the chance of combining a brand management tool with a system for a photo archive in one and the same system was good, based on the information we were given in the market meetings. After receiving and evaluating the tenders, it was apparent that this was not the case, and we have to cancel the competition.
