Forsvaret v/Forsvarets logistikkorganisasjon

The procurement will ensure that the Norwegian Defence's personnel who serve on the Norwegian Defence's vessels fulfil civilian requirements in accordance with the STCW convention. The courses must be certified by the Norwegian Maritime Directorate.
Due to service reasons, all courses, apart from GSO (previously IMO 50) must be held in the Bergen area.
The basic safety training (GSO) (previously IMO 50) course must, for the same reason, be held in the Stavanger area.
The course portfolio must be quality assured to fulfil national and international requirements for certified maritime courses in accordance with the IMO, SOLAS and ISM code, and as required by the STCW convention. The STCW course must be in accordance with the current topic plan published on the Norwegian Maritime Directorate's homepage. The course provider must be certified by the Norwegian Maritime Directorate, and all the courses by offer must be approved by the Norwegian Maritime Directorate.
