Sandefjord kommune [municipality] intends to sign a contract for the procurement of 40 sheltered accommodation flats in central Sandefjord, including areas for the home care service. The service provide must build the sheltered accommodations flats and Sandefjord municipality will purchase the residential units and support areas. It is a prerequisite that the sheltered accommodation flats will satisfy Husbanken's requirements and that Husbanken will give the maximum subsidy in accordance with the project regulations. Furthermore, it is a condition that the right to compensation for the VAT expenditure is achieved in connection with the construction of the project.
The scope of the procurement is estimated to be net 95 000 000 NOK — Total price taking into account subsidies from Husbanken. This is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority.
