Tax:

Requirement: the tenderer is required to have settled conditions in connection with payment of taxes and VAT.

Documentation: a tax certificate (not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders) which verifies that the requirements are fulfilled.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: sufficient financial solidity is required.

Documentation: credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (containing a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (e.g.: Dun and Bradstreet, Creditinform, Soliditet or equivalent institutions). If the tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer may prove his financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the contracting authority. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he must contact the contracting authority in writing via the communication module in Mercell for clarification of which other documentation is acceptable.

Selection criteria:

Criteria for the selection of qualified tenderers who will be invited to submit tenders. The assessment and selection are made by an internal group appointed by Vinmonopolet.

Experience with equivalent deliveries.

The applicants must describe and present documentation of the company's relevant assignments through a description of minimum three reference assignments. The description must contain information on the contract value, date, contracting authority and contact person, goals and result achievements. Vinmonopolet reserves the right to contact the listed references.

Implementation ability:

The applicants must describe the organisation, including the quality of the personnel and entities involved in these types of services.

Quality and capacity are evaluated in accordance with Vinmonopolet's requirements.

The selection criteria are assessed by an internal group appointed by Vinmonopolet and a score from 1 to 5 will be given, of which 5 is the highest score.
