K901 Turnkey contract miniload system.

The Ministry of Culture has given Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] the task of implementing a construction project for expansion of the National Library´s rock facility at Mo i Rana. The Directorate of public construction and property has contracted Veidekke Entreprenør AS to establish a new rock room and build new storage, under contract K201 turnkey contract for blasting and construction.

2 of the buildings will contain automatic storage systems. The contract K901 is a turnkey contract, where the tenderer will design, deliver, assemble, regulate, test and hand-over 3 miniload facilities at the National Library's rock facility.

The competition will be implemented as a competitive dialogue.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company registration certificate, alternatively a StartBANK ID.

Foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers are required to have sufficient competence in engineering design, delivery and assembly of automated storage systems.

A brief description of the company's competence and capacity in engineering design, delivery and assembly of automated storage systems.

Information about up to 3 reference projects that the company has implemented, with comparable value to this assignment. For each reference project the following information must be given:

— Contracting Authority's name,

— project name,

— project size (the facility's floor area and storage volume),

— value of the delivery in NOK,

— year of completion,

— type of objects stored at the facility,

— possible climate requirements in the warehouse (temperature, humidity, ventilation),

— possible security requirements,

— possible traceability requirements,

— reasons that the project is a relevant reference.

The information must be provided in the enclose qualification requirements form.
