Kort beskrivelse
The contracting authority, Vågan municipality, would like to enter into an innovation partnership for a digital system that shall relieve our health and welfare sector, as well as give better service to users and relatives of the home care service, institutions and sheltered accommodation flats in Lofoten. The contract shall be valid for our collaboration municipalities, Flakstad, Moskenes and Værøy. There are a total of approx. 13 000 inhabitants in the municipalities. As the contract is for an innovation partnership, there will most likely be several tenderers who will be part of the development. There will only be one main supplier together with the contracting authority, who will be responsible for the development of the platform. Individual tenderers will have the possibility to deliver their entire product portfolio, or individual products/services that they offer that are at the forefront of their field. It will not be possible to withdraw the requirements/needs in negotiations, as it is decisive that they are met by your system and the tender that is submitted to the contracting authority.
