According to the National Insurance Act chapter 10, all those who have had their functional ability in everyday life significantly and permanently reduced due to illness, injury or defect, have a right to necessary and appropriate aids. The objective of the nationwide procurement is:
To enter into framework agreements with a sufficient number of providers for the modification of cars. The providers shall have the adequate skills and competence in order to comply with the majority of the requirements specified by the relevant users.
To facilitate for installation, maintenance, inspections and repairs of the special equipment in the best and most efficient way for the user.
