OsloMet — the city university, previously Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus [Oslo and Akershus University College], has approximately 2 100 employees and approx. 20 500 students. OsloMet — the city university shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of services for subscription management of periodicals and associated additional services. Periodicals are to be supplied in both printed and electronic format, with an emphasis on the latter. The University Library (UB) at OsloMet consists of 4 physical library branches and the Shared Services that i.a. Look after the digital services UB delivers. The products shall be delivered to all of OsloMet’s addresses. In 2018, OsloMet’s consumption of individual subscription periodicals is budgeted to be approx. 1 800 000 NOK including VAT. The number can change during the agreement period and all FTE’s shall be authorised users. The scope of the agreement will vary depending on the university’s need. In 2018, OsloMet’s consumption of individual subscription periodicals is budgeted to be approx. 1 800 000 NOK including VAT. The scope is estimated and can be both larger or less than estimated.
