The procurement's aim.
HFK and SFFK, as well as cooperating municipalities will enter into a new contract for the procurement of server /storage.
A framework agreement for the assignment shall be signed with 1 supplier. The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority shall have an option for an extension of the framework agreement for further 2 years /1 + 1 year, to a maximum total of 4 years.
Hordaland County will enter into a new region from 1.1.2020. HFK will have the right to transfer all or parts of the contract to the new region, even if this means that the contracting authority has a new name and a new organisation number.
The procurement value is emphasis is put on the fact that the stated value is uncertain, as we do not have good enough statistics of previous use, due to the contract's extent. The right has been reserved to make changes in volume, partly on the basis of budget situations which affect the contracting authority's activity.
