The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery, in which, amongst other things, being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate.

A credit rating with key figures from a certified credit assessment company or other form of documentation to demonstrate that the requirement has been met.

Tenderers must have carried out deliveries of relevance to this assignment in the last 3 years.
“Relevance” meaning “equivalent assignments”.
Tenderers must have sufficient professional expertise and capacity.

Overview of the most important deliveries of goods or services that the tenderer has carried out in the last 3 years, together with information about the contract value, delivery date or execution date and the name of the recipient.
