Drammen kommune

Drammen, Nedre Eiker and Svelvik Municipalities will merge on 1.1.2020. The contracting authority is Drammen Municipality, c/o D-IKT, on behalf of the municipalities.
The intention of the procurement is to ensure that the municipality has a future orientated and user friendly system for administrative work within the school and nursery sector. The system is to take care of all administrative processes that are necessary for administrating children/pupils from when they start nursery until they finish the 10 year.
The municipalities currently use Oppad (Drammen and Svelvik) and IST (Nedre Eiker), it is a prerequisite that the conversion of data from the current systems is part of the transition project.
The contracting authority must have a new system in full operation from 1.11.2019.

The contracting authority will use the delivery to seek and achieve the following gains for the municipality, its employees, guardians and pupils:

— Reduced use of resources for internal administration

— Reduced use of resources for administrative assignments for educational personnel

— Reduced use of resources for ICT operations, as operations are carried out by the tenderer

— More efficient interaction with guardians and pupils

— More efficient school and nursery administration

— Easier and clearer application process for guardians and pupils

— Fewer enquiries to the municipality with questions on…

… the application and admission process

… invoices for before-and-after-school care/AKS and nurseries

The procurement contains the following lots:

— Child and youth services administrative system, main module

— Communication module

— Secure document management

The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to choose that all the lots are delivered by the same tenderer, if the needs are met.
