On behalf of the Ministry, Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] shall procure a communications solution for integration of telephony and the Norwegian Public Safety Network communications. The solution shall have a control room functionality. The objective of the procurement is to optimise the manning of in and outgoing communication on the Norwegian Public Safety network communications solution and telephony. The solution shall be installed (delivered) centrally in Oslo.
