Tax certificate:

The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all sub-suppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding 500 000 NOK excluding VAT.

Company Registration Certificate:

Requirement:

— the tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

— norwegian companies: company registration certificate,

— foreign companies: a verification showing that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Annual minimum turnover of 100 000 000 NOK.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— the entity's Annual Financial Statements or extracts thereof if the publication of the Annual Financial Statement is required in the state where the tenderer is established,

— credit ratings.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— experience from the erection of relevant constructions in the last 10 years,

— tenderers shall have a well-functioning quality assurance system that is relevant for the execution of this assignment,

— a good, well-functioning environmental control/environmental management system is required,

— experience from managing the execution of relevant projects of an equivalent size and complexity,

— experience from the management of general contracts and/or turnkey contracts.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— description of maximum 3 reference projects with a statement of the type of building/site and size. No more than 3 reference projects will be assessed,

— a signed certificate from the contracting authority that states the work´s value, date and location of the building, as well as to what extent the work was professionally and properly carried out,

— certificates and welding procedures for welding duplex steel 1.4462 (in accordance with NS-EN 10088-1:2014),

— certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2008,

— the Contracting Authority will also accept other documentation as proof that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures. As a minimum, a general description of the contents of the system including an overview of control plans and check-lists, that are relevant for this contract must be given,

— account of the tenderer's environmental control/environmental management system. If a tenderer is certified, a copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body is to be enclosed,

— CVs, with a description of and experience with the management of relevant construction projects that can be compared, with reference persons,

— CVs, with a description of and experience from the management of general contracts and/or turnkey contracts, with reference persons.
