The aim of the procurement is to enter into a service contract for the procurement of pore pressure measurements and ground water wells for the Fornebu railway, in the period from the development of the preliminary project up until the infrastructure is completed, as well as for a period after the railway is in operation.

Tenderers shall have a quality assurance system/control system.

If the tenderer is certified, it is sufficient to enclose copies of certificates issued by independent bodies.

Tenderers must have an environment management system.

Experience is required from equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments mean experience from automatic logging of pore pressure/ground water level and presenting the values in a website system.

An overview of the tenderer's equivalent assignments executed over the past 5 years. The summary must indicate the contracting authority, name of a contact person, the nature of the work, scope and value, as well as the time and location of the execution of the work.

Tenderers shall have sufficient technical, personnel and organisation capacity to fulfil the assignment.

Account of the available workforce (administrative management and other employees), machines, materials and technical equipment that the tenderer has at his disposal for fulfilment of the contract.
