Barne-, ungdoms- og familiedirektoratet (Bufdir) [the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs] shall move 260 office spaces to new premises at Grenseveien 88, Oslo. The contracting authority needs to purchase furniture for open office spaces, and furniture for multi-purpose rooms, project rooms and meetings rooms. Each floor shall have an interaction zone with a kitchenette.
Bufdir wants the office areas furnished with high quality modern furniture suitable for open office spaces. The interaction zones shall be inviting and cheerful and appealing for informal meetings.
Furniture and fittings are described with the desired surface quality, but do not state color and final material types. This will be clarified with the selected tenderer. At the same time, Bufdir needs to dispose of office furniture in the existing office premises.
The furniture shall be delivered in the period 1.8.2018 — 17.8.2018. Disposal of furniture up until 1.9.2018.
