Ringerike kommune

Ringerike kommune intends to procure a system to support their own budgeting work as well as publishing financial plans, financial reporting and general reporting, including follow-up of verbal proposals and the municipal council’s decisions.
The system shall cover the budget process until the municipal council’s budget resolution is made, as well as general reporting. The system must support analysis, detailing of the annual budget and unit reports.

The system shall cover the budget process until the municipal council’s budget resolution is made, as well as general reporting. The system must support analysis, detailing of the annual budget and unit reports.
The system shall function with Ringerike kommune’s current ERP system; Visma Enterprise and have import functionality from known file formats and support processing of both text and figures.
A significant point of the procurement is to procure a tool that can support efficient production (from registration to the collocation of content) and making the approved financial plan public, including KOSTRA-analyses and general reporting in known formats, including web.

The system is meant to be used by economists, and managers at different unit levels, expert advisers and managers at different levels.
The procurement shall increase the efficiency of the current processes by supplying important functionality and at the same time cover the basic budget and reporting functionality currently used by Ringerike kommune.
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract will renew automatically for 1 year at a time unless terminated by the customer with 3 months warning prior to the renewal date. The tenderer has the option to terminate the contract 12 months prior to the notification of contract renewal.
