Outsourcing IT Operational Services

Medietilsynet

Medietilsynet has prepared and decided upon a strategic IT plan and has started a major digitalisation project ('Digital Daily Routines'). The project was started in spring 2018 and it will be completed in the first half of 2019.
Medietilsynet´s goal is stable and efficient operations, reduced risk (by phasing out outdated trade systems), an increased degree of self-service, and better and more digital offers to external actors and collaboration partners. The simplification of the application landscape to standard applications and the use of as many cloud services as possible for future efficient IT operations and administration are also important.
Medietilsynet is therefore now outsourcing IT operational services to the extent described in this document. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with an external company for IT operational services to order to ensure cost-efficient IT operational services of the correct quality for Medietilsynet´s customers and users.
