NRK would like thorough knowledge on the public´s attitude to NRK´s services and reputation.
NRK´s aim with the contract is to receive a high quality ongoing tracker survey for the population 15+, which we call the “Profile and reputation survey”. This consists of 2 separate modules.
A: The “long-term strategy module”, (hereafter called the LTS module), which is to be continually carried out with a fully nationwide representative sample (15 years +), with a minimum of 400 interviews per month over the phone (CATI), based on the questionnaire draft “LTS module” (see Annex 1), and with the option to analyse data on both a monthly and accumulated level and the option to add ad-hoc questions during the contract period. Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The service contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. During the option period, NRK will on an annual basis assess extension of the options where this can be justified technically and economically.

An option is wanted for prices to expand the samples in the LTS module and the P module's three sub-surveys to 12 years +, as well as to 600 respondents per month (see Annex 5 point 1.2.)
