Nittedal kommune
Skedsmo municipality shall, in cooperation with Nittedal municipality, lay a sewage force main from Skjervagapet to Nedre Romerike Avløpsselskap IKS´ side tunnel A at Sagdalen. A drilling hole shall also be established for drawing 3 x 40 mm conduit pipes and laying a fibre cable in a ditch and the accompanying described work.
All the routes are meant to be a guiding proposal. The turnkey contract will take over the engineering design services and execution responsibility.

Kort beskrivelse:
Land abutment Skjervagapet – drilling pit 1.
The sewage pipeline will be laid from the waters edge to Skjervagapet in a traditional ditch to the set-up pit for drilling.
This contract is a continuation of the sewage force main that shall be laid in Nitelva.
The pipeline will be laid in Nitelva in another contract. The submarine pipeline could come before or after this (drilling contract) is carried out. The submarine pipeline will be laid onto the land with a cut-off bentonite/clay plug at the back edge and finished with a blind cover.

If the submarine pipeline has not been laid when this contract is executed, the pipeline is to be blinded in this contract in the ditch, pressure tested and prepared.
If the submarine pipeline has already been laid when this contract is executed, the sewage pipeline is to be joined and continued.
A fibre cable will be laid directly in the ditch on this stretch.
Boulders or rock will be encountered on the stretch.
Drilling pit 1 to drilling pit 2.
The work involves developing pit 1 for setting-up the drilling rig and drilling through the rock to break-through point in drilling pit 2. The turnkey contractor shall carry out ground surveys and, as a minimum, a pilot test in the drilling route and assess the rock's drillability at the break-through and under Sagelva.

The river bed has been surveyed with GPS, but geotechnical surveys have not been carried out in Sagelva.
NVE has, in a statement, annex H5, given permission to excavate in Sagelva, if the turnkey contractor chooses to do this instead of drilling all the way to pit 2.
A drill hole is to be established on this stretch for drawing a 3 x 40 mm conduit pipe.
Drill pit 2 to the inlet for side tunnel A.
Some geotechnical surveys have been carried out in the area, as stated in drawing B21. The turnkey contractor must, as a minimum, run a pilot on the stretch if the stretch is to be drilled in order to check that there are not obstacles in the way. The assumption is that there is uncompacted matter on the stretch up to the tunnel. The side inlet consists of a blasted tunnel with access via a steel door.

Outlet tunnel A has a steep gradient from the entrance in the mountain to the actual tunnel. The turnkey contractor is free to choose how the sewage pipeline is inserted into the tunnel. The end of the pipeline shall be fixed at the end point so that it does not move.
