NAV Tiltak Oslo c/o Linda Moe, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of a Framework Agreement for work oriented initiative training (AMO) Lorry Drivers: qualification and dissemination, cf. Regulation for Work Oriented initiatives etc. chapter 7.

The combined value of the framework agreement(s), including any options, is estimated to be approx. 13 600 000 NOK.
NAV Tiltak Oslo can not guarantee that a specific number of initiative places will be ordered. Compensation can not be claimed for a lack of/low number of call-offs. Use of the initiative will be dependent on multiple factors that can vary over time, i.a. NAV's needs, allocation of required funds for the implementation, the results of the course over time, prioritisation from NAV and framework conditions.

The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, 17.6.2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations from 12.8.2016, no. 974 (FOA) with any later amendments. Parts I and IV of the public procurement regulations apply for this procurement.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to clarify and negotiate with the tenderers to the degree that the Contracting Authority finds it appropriate.
