The anticipated financial frame per annum is estimated to be from 500 000 NOK to 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The estimate applies in total for the Office of the Prime Minister (SMK), the ministry community and DSS.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The framework agreement will be valid for two years from signing of the contract, with the possibility to extend for a further 2 years, by 1 year at a time (1 year + 1 year).
Any triggering of the option will be notified to the Contracting Authority in writing, at the latest, 3 months prior to the expiry of the contract period.

Documentation Requirement
— Certificate, not older than 6 months, confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled his tax, social security and VAT obligations. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate is electronically certified and is therefore not signed. Qualification requirements
The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery, in which, amongst other things, being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate.
Documentation Requirement
A credit rating with key figures from a certified credit assessment company or other form of documentation to demonstrate that the requirement has been met.

Qualification requirements
Tenderers must have sufficient ability and experience to carry out the delivery.
Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to carry out the delivery within the specified frames and deadlines.
Environmental management measures — to ensure compliance with the contract's relevant environmental requirements, the tenderer must have the necessary procedures and systems for the goods and services sought.
Documentation Requirement
A description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years, together with information on the contracts'value, date of delivery or execution and the name of the recipient. Relevant assignments are in this context defined as plant maintenance service for organisations and sale / consultancy related to plants and pots. The plant maintenance service involves the complete responsibility for follow-up plants.

Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that the description is of such a nature that it documents fulfilment of the requirement.
A description of the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in management during the last 3 years.
The supplier must document that an environmental management system has been established, which at least contains routines for addressing the following elements:
— System for the company's environmental targets and environment policy,
— Procedures for the provision of the service in an environmentally appropriate manner,
— An account of the existing routines documenting that the requirement concerning the environment has been met. A declaration from the company may be submitted which describes how the routines have been implemented and how they function. The submission of a valid certificate is sufficient in cases where the routines are described in the organisation's quality or environmental management system in accordance with the Eco-lighthouse Program, ISO 14001, EMAS or an equivalent third party verified system.
