— management in the new municipality must be based on a fully electronic property management system where data is seamlessly shared with all who need it. This is in the start up phase of a new construction project, or in the operation phase of an already existing building. The systems must be modern and future oriented,

— open BIM will be the foundation for the FDVU system,
— it is a prerequisite that integrations with the case / archive system and the financial system take place seamlessly, so that all statutory ownership requirements can easily be managed through a system,
— the current functionalities in the existing systems must be safeguarded to the highest degree possible in a new system,
— the system must be able to be utilised via mobile solutions such as a mobile phone or tablet PC (or both)
— the system must support national standards in ownership and operation,
— there must be an intuitive interface on all platforms.
A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.

The Contracting Authority indicates that the exceptions according to the regulations §13-2 a, c and d will apply to the procurement.
